   Wine Spectator gave the 2005 a score of 90. “A rich, plush style, with a mix of currant, herb, olive, sage and light mocha-laced oak. Balanced, intense and concentrated, this offers depth and focus and should reward near-term drinking. Drink now through 2012.” 300 cases made.

   I like the organic wine factor although it seems not many hold much value to organic wines. 75 a bottle is out of my price range for a Cab. Even if I were out on a date at a restaurant, 75 bones would be steep. I’d have to really know the wine. I guess the selling point at the end was that the 300 cases would go fast so buy now. Gary did a good job at explaining it’s a nice wine but you can get just as good for less and more bones.
