This wine comes from a great white grapes from the major producers of wine, an emerging wine country. Caramel was back in 1882, founded by Baron Edmond de Rothschild, the owner of the great Bordeaux red, Chateau Lafite, which starts at about $ 900 in my neck of the woods, although I could see it on the Internet for much less. Caramel is the oldest Israeli exporter of wine, brandy and grape juice and produces nearly half of Israeli wine. Interestingly enough in the 1920s they were a triple whammy losing customers because of the Russian Revolution, American Prohibition and Arab nationalism. Many vineyards were replaced by their citrus groves. But now business is booming, and the need for higher quality wines that they have launched several boutique wineries to life needs. </ P> Our wine review policy all the wines we taste and review are purchased at full retail price. </ P> Reviewed Caramel Wine Sauvignon Blanc Selection (V) 2007 12 0% alcohol about $ 9 </ p> Let’s start by quoting the marketing materials. Description: After the label of this wine a good choice for vegans. Aromas suggest grapefruit, melon, peas, passion fruit and citrus fruit. Dry, fruity, round and fresh. This is a solid sip Savvy. And now for my review. </ P> At the first sip of the wine showed bright acidity with a little honey. His first pairing was accompanied with fried chicken in soy sauce made with vegetarian pancake with broccoli, potatoes, oat bran, garlic, et al. When accompanying the pancakes tasted this wine from grapefruit and honey was gone. It was quite different with the chicken. The Sauvignon Blanc was hard and sour unbalanced. Its aromas not express themselves. With fresh strawberries, honey came back and the acid was no longer hard. </ P> The next meal began with broccoli and homemade potato soup of Japanese rice crackers wasabi perked. The wine was slightly sour and tasted like grapefruit. The main course was an Asiago cheese omelet with a side of pesto that at first almost overwhelmed the wine. As the meal progressed his grapefruit aroma reappeared. Perhaps surprisingly, it actually improved when facing the strong pesto. Dessert was a delicious apple, plum, pear and cake, but the wine was simply not available. </ P> My last meal included a vegetarian lasagna with grated Parmesan coated boxed cheese. The Sauvignon Blanc was pretty long and had good acidity. It presents a hint of citrus and pea pods. Dessert was Haagen Daz-chip mint ice cream. The wine was overwhelmed, but managed a hint of mint. What to do when the wine is bad food accompaniment to a seemingly viable? Try another dessert (I’m always ready to sacrifice myself for this column.) With a chocolate chip biscuit, not nearly as tasty as the homemade pie of the previous meal, this wine was tart and greasy, much better than before. </ P> I finished the bottle with two local cheeses. With a Gouda cheese, the wine was sweet and round with mild acid. With a yellow Cheddar reduces the acidity and sweetness perked up. Both wine and cheese pairings were rather pleasant combination. </ P> final verdict. I do not plan to buy this wine again. But if you wash themselves for a cost-kosher wine or something plebeian plebian cheese look down, this could an acceptable choice.
</ p>

Region Upper Galilee in northern Israel sports some of the highest mountains in the country. We are talking about more than a kilometer (more than five eighths of a mile high). While these mountains can not begin to compete with the Mount Everest, they can lead to excellent wine, and thus were even two thousand years ago. And who are ever associated with wine Mount Everest, at all? </ P> This particular producer is a joint venture between an Israeli kibbutz (Yiron) is a private company, the Golan Heights Winery. The vineyards are in the heat of the day, and quite cool at night. And I have a sneaking suspicion that the soil is poor. These are definitely major considerations for the production of wine. By the way, some of their vineyards in the snowy winter. The company has established a unique visitor center. </ P> Our wine review policy all the wines we taste and review are purchased at full retail price. </ P> Reviewed Wine Cabernet Sauvignon K / P (Galil Mountain) 2007 13 5% alcohol about $ 19 </ p> There was no marketing materials, so let’s start with a quote from the back label. Style: Full bodied with concentrated berry layered and plum notes with a touch of herbs. Serving suggestion: at about 64 º F (18 º C) with rich flavorful foods such as pasta or meat dishes like steak or grilled lamb stew. And now for my review. </ P> With the first sip of wine was thick and yet subtle. It was much, much extract. The first meal consisted of slow-cooked beef stew. This Cab had fine acidity and tasted like chocolate. But when I added green jalapeno sauce to the stew nothing changed. </ P> The second meal roast chicken with potatoes, onions and carrots included. The wine was long and tasted like black plums. It had nice acidity, which has a good job of cutting the fat and I noticed a hint of tobacco. </ P> The last meal centered around a boxed Parmigiana slathered with grated Parmesan. This time I got dark tobacco. This Cabernet Sauvignon wine was musk and yet tough. It was very refreshing to be, but thinner than it should have. </ P> Before I tasted this cheese-pairing drink with herring. It was rather subtle and long. Next was the Gouda cheese. The wine was harmless, for some reason I’ve hidden the idea of a little boy in the corner. Then I went to a Swiss cheese, it is another Swiss than in the past and not the concept but only take Emmentaler Swiss. The Cab showed strength and black cherries. </ P> final verdict. There are plenty of kosher wines on the market that it is not necessary to resort to this if you want a wine of medium range. I am looking for, because I found this wine somewhat disappointing for the price.
</ p>

The Israel of God is a Bible Study class. Our purpose is to teach the uncut word of God according to the Prophets (old testament) and Apostles (new testament). We observe the Lord’s Sabbath Day. We observe all of the Lord’s Feast Days, as outlined in the 23rd chapter of Leviticus. We observe the Lord’s Dietary Law, as outlined in Leviticus, Chapter 11. We teach, and observe the Royal Law, which is the Ten Commandments. We believe in the resurrection. We believe that Jesus is the King of Israel and that he will rule over the House of Jacob forever. We believe that Jesus is the God of all people, and that his house “shall be a house of prayer for all people.” CURRENT TAPE,CD AND DVD LIST IS AVAILABLE AT 1.800.96.BIBLE
